This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains the information RepAir D.A.C Ltd. (“RepAir,” or “we,” or “us” or “our”) collects, how we use and share it, and how to protect your privacy when you use our website (the “Site”). This Policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Use for the Site. Capitalized terms used in this Policy will have the same meaning given to them in the Terms of Use, unless otherwise is defined herein. RepAir is headquartered in Israel and our services are provided therefrom. If you are a resident of the European Union (“EU”), RepAir D.A.C Ltd. is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of EU data protection law. RepAir may, from time to time, update its Privacy Policy and therefore it is recommended to check the Privacy Policy frequently for any changes made. Updates or changes in this Privacy Policy shall take effect immediately and notice regarding the changes or updates shall be sent via e-mail or it shall be placed properly in the Site.

Acceptance of The Policy

By providing the information requested at Site, you accept this Policy and agree to be bound thereby, including without limitation, you are agreeing to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy. We will not use or share the information we receive, collect, or obtain with respect to you other than as stated in this Policy. If you do not consent to the receipt, collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy, you are not permitted to use the Site.


Through the use of the Site, Users may be asked or may independently elect to provide RepAir with certain information, including for the purpose of purchasing products marketed on the Site or through the use of the contact page on the Site (the “Services”).
In order to use or receive the Services comfortably and efficiently, a User may need to provide us the following details:

Your full name.
Your contact information, including your e-mail address.
In case you decide to use the contact mechanism, provided on the Site, the content of your request may contain additional information.

The Information provided to us may be verified against information about you already in our possession, or similar information supplied to us, or against any similar information in the possession of any third party that is legally provided to us.

It is emphasized that RepAir sees great importance in keeping your privacy, and therefore RepAir puts in efforts to properly reserve the Information provided to it.
This Privacy Policy applies to the personally identifiable information provided by you, as well as Information collected about you while browsing the Site.

RepAir assumes no responsibility for the use of Information about you by third parties, including external sites, which appear on the site and are not under the control of RepAir. In case of doubt, you should review the privacy policy and terms of use of such third party or external site.

The User hereby declares that he/she is aware that he/she is not legally obliged to provide his details and that the aforementioned Information is provided of his own free will and consent. The User expressly agrees to the use of the above in the details he has filled out or presented to RepAir and confirms that their use will not be considered an infringement of privacy and will not receive any relief or compensation.

Subject to applicable law, RepAir may use the Information for marketing purposes, including: To send you marketing/advertisement materials through any lawfully permitted means of communication, including by direct mail, e-mail, or SMS messages, inter alia, based on data segmentation or your preferences, and those of other users, as recorded during the use of the Services.

Purpose of Data Collection

The disclosure of Information by you constitutes a consent on your behalf that such Information and any data generated on the basis of analysis of such Information, which has reached or shall reach RepAir, will be kept in one or more of RepAir’s databases, as required by law, and that such Information will be used in accordance with the following purposes:

To provide services for our customers;
For marketing, advertising, promotional and for contacting the User, including via direct mail, using any means of communication RepAir deems appropriate, including for distribution of newsletters for subscribed Users;
For the purpose of anonymous statistical analysis of the Information and its transfer to third parties.

Transfer to third parties

The Information concerning the User shall not be sold, leased or delivered by us to any third party, except in accordance with the provisions of this section below.
RepAir shall be eligible to disclose any Information concerning you, in full or in part, to third parties, subject to the occurrence of one of the following conditions:

If the disclosure of the Information, or any part of it, to third parties who are parties to or are involved in the provision of the Services by the Company to its customers, provided that such disclosure is necessary for the performance of the Services. These third parties shall have no right to use this Information except for the purpose that the Company provided it for.
If RepAir is required to do so by judicial order or by law or according to any legal proceedings;
If RepAir finds that your actions regarding the Services violated any of the Terms of Use, or that the actions have been made for the purpose of fraud or deceit of some sort.
If RepAir organizes its activity under a different entity, including by way of a merger with another entity, whether such mergers is at the corporate level or with regard to its activities. In such a case, RepAir shall ensure that the third party to whom RepAir is merged, accepts the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Users shall have no claim or demand towards Repair with regard to the transfer of Information to third parties as specified in this section above, and they hereby waive any such claim or demand.

Log Data

Except for the Information you have provided RepAir, we wish to clarify that during your use of the Site, RepAir records statistical and cumulative data (“Log Data”) which cannot identify you personally and is not kept together with your personal details. Log Data may include information such as the services you were interested in, web pages you have viewed, etc. The information gathered will be kept in our databases and use of it shall be made in accordance with this Privacy Policy, with the Terms of Use and with any applicable law.

Any Log Data received from your device is documented automatically in its servers, including your IP address and the pages you have viewed online.

Information Collected Using “Cookies” and Tracking Technologies

We use “cookies” and similar technologies to collect Information and manage the services. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk or mobile device by a Web server. Each time you visit the Site, our server will recognize you by “searching” the Information contained in these cookies. This permits us to offer you a personalized experience when you use the Site.

You may also contact us to instruct us to delete your Personal Information. If you wish for us to delete your Personal Information, we will be required to limit or cancel your access to and use of some or all of our Services.

If you reside in the EU, you have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, data portability, restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you reside outside of the EU, you may have similar rights under your local laws.

Note that it may take a reasonable amount of time for us to comply with any request you make to remove your contact information from our lists, to cease sharing your Personal Information, to update, correct or modify your Personal Information, or to delete your Personal Information and/or delete your account.


If you choose to use the Services or provide information to us, you acknowledge and understand that your information may be collected, transferred, processed and stored in territories outside the EU, as is necessary to provide the Services and perform on the Terms of Use.  

Retention of Information

We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with you will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at nor targeted to children under the age of 13. We do not use the Site to knowingly solicit Personal Information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not provide us with any Personal Information. If we learn that someone under 13 has provided Personal Information to the site without parental consent as required in the Terms of Use, we will use reasonable efforts to remove such Information from our databases.

This Policy applies only to the Site. The Site may frame or contain references or links to other websites not operated or controlled by us (the “Third Party Services”). The policies and procedures we described herein do not apply to the Third-Party Services. The links from the Services do not imply our review or endorsement of the Third-Party Services. You expressly agree that we are not liable for any third-party action, misuse, abuse or infringement of data and information security, thus without derogating from any other disclaimer provided herein and/or under the Terms of Use.
